Apart from instances where the rGyaling (showms) and dung-chen (long trumpets) play alone, the only purely instrumental music met with was an orchestral piece witch adds two further percussion instruments - this time of definite pitch - not found in any other instances: mkar-rnga (gong), and the Tinchag (a metal disc).
